Personal Support

Baby Loss and grief is a personal journey, no two stories are the same.

From the moment you discover you are pregnant, you make plans for your baby’s arrival and have dreams on what the future will look like.

After losing a baby, the world can seem a lonely place. Grief can be very consuming and can have an impact on all aspects of day to day life.

We understand the devastating impact that baby loss has on a family. Some families feel like they have no one to talk to, who can relate to what they are going through.

We provide Personal Support directly to families through our various platforms and face to face Support Groups.

Many families bravely contact us to talk about the loss of their baby, some are recent and some talk about babies they have lost many years ago.

Our Personal Support Volunteers have first-hand experience of baby loss, they have sadly experienced miscarriage, structural development issues in pregnancy and stillbirth.

You are not alone, we are here to listen and support you. If you would like someone to talk to please contact us.

We also offer practical advice (do’s & dont’s) to friends and family who contact us, who want to help support those close to them who have suffered a devastating baby loss. Whilst no one can bring your baby back, having the support of friends and family helps when you are grieving.
